Hosted by Big Beard Battery, the Tune Up & Turn Out Rally is where serious RV power knowledge meets campfires, competition, good food, and just enough friendly chaos to keep things interesting. Whether you already run a Big Beard Battery system, are planning an upgrade, or are still figuring out what all those blinking lights mean, this rally is built for you. Join us in Athens, Texas at the Road Life Complex, November 10 - 13, 2026.

Expect education seminars, facility tours, open tech help, games, great conversations, and plenty of time with RVers who understand that “off-grid” should still include air conditioning. Rally attendees will also receive special event pricing on select upgrades, including additional solar, more battery capacity, inverter upgrades, and other ways to give their RV power system a little more muscle.

What’s Included for Rally Attendees

All Tune Up & Turn Out Rally attendees will enjoy access to the full rally fun, including Big Beard Battery educational sessions, vendor demos, evening campfires, community hangouts, rally games, Road Life Complex tours, the Power Crawl/RV showcase, food truck opportunities, and time with the Big Beard team. Each attendee will also receive rally materials and special first-ever event swag to help commemorate the inaugural Big Beard Battery rally. Whether you’re camping onsite or joining us with a day pass, you’ll be part of the learning, laughter, lithium talk, and off-grid shenanigans that make this rally more than just a gathering — it’s a Big Beard family reunion.

Choose Your Rally Style

• Boondocker Pass — For the fully charged and slightly smug. This option is for attendees who are bringing their own off-grid power setup and are ready to camp without hookups, show off their system, and enjoy the rally untethered. The Road Life Complex has two full restroom facilities with hot showers and on-site laundry, so you can enjoy the convenience of campground amenities while boondocking.
• Pedestal Princess Pass — For those who enjoy a little comfort with their community. This option includes one of our limited RV sites and is perfect for future Big Beard customers, solar-curious RVers, or anyone who still appreciates the sweet security of a 50-amp pedestal. Two options, one with sewer and one without.
• Day Pass — For the offsite guests and drive-by shenanigan enthusiasts. This option is for attendees staying elsewhere who still want to join the learning, food, fun, RV tours, campfires, vendor demos, and Big Beard Battery rally experience.
